Return Policy – BarePaw

At BarePaw, we’re dedicated to creating fun, safe, and durable toys your dog will love. We stand behind the quality of our products and want both you and your pup to be completely satisfied with every purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, chewed, or altered in any way.

Chew & Durability Disclaimer
Our toys are designed with durability in mind, including options for strong chewers. However, no dog toy is indestructible. Normal wear and tear, including damage caused by aggressive chewing, is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund. We recommend supervising your dog during play and selecting toys appropriate for their size and chewing habits.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
